Good Morning,

Welcome back. S&P Futures are up 7 with +8 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are up 18 with -17 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 73 as yet another voting upset takes the world by storm, this time in the form of a closely-watched referendum in which a majority of Italians voted against the Prime Minister's constitutional reform plans.

The economic calendar has quite a few points to watch this morning, including US Consumer Spending, PMI Services, Labor market conditions and the ISM Non-Manufacturing Index. Fed appearances today include Dudley, Evans and Bullard later this afternoon.

Futures were down sharply in early morning, putting in lows by 2am and then managed a stunning reversal, peaking far into positive territory just before 4am and have since been deflating slowly, though still quite lime green as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended down. Hong Kong went down 0.26%, Japan dropped 0.82% and China led the decline, down 1.21%. European markets are up. The UK is up 0.11%, France is up 0.70%, and Germany is leading the advance, up 1.25%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is up 0.91%, natural gas is up 4.16% and gold is down 0.70%. Unleaded gas is up 0.11% and heating oil is up 0.48%. Metals are mixed, gold and silver are down while copper and platinum are up. Meats are down. Cotton, corn, wheat and soybeans are up while coffee and cocoa are down.

Stocks jump as Dow hits new all-time high. OPEC seeks cuts from nations pumping a 5th of the world's oil. Fed's Dudley says he favors tighter monetary policy over time.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Hudson's Bay Co (HBAYF).

Tomorrow morning before the open, Toll Brothers Inc. (TOL), AutoZone, Inc (AZO), Barnes & Noble Inc (BKS), HD Supply (HDS), The Michaels Companies (MIK), Francesca's Holdings Corp. (FRAN) are expected to report.

A leading bearish AZO swing trade strategy is: When the 14 EMA is Below the 35 DEMA AND the 35 day Stochastics is Bullish, daily bars.
