Good Morning,

S&P Futures are down 8 with -7 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are down 10 with -11 Fair Value and Dow Futures are down 71 as we wrap up this busy February week. Though stocks have spent the past week setting records, Futures are declining ahead of the opening bell ahead of the long weekend for Washington's Birthday.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: E-Commerce Retail Sales and Leading Indicators, followed by Baker-Hughes Rig Count this afternoon.

The earnings winners are: Deere & Company (DE), up over 3% in pre-market and WebMD Health Corp (WBMD) is up nearly 3%. On the other hand, Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NUS) is down nearly 9.5% and J. M. Smucker Company (SJM) is down over 4.5%.

Futures were up slightly in early morning and slipped to lows later in the morning and are off the lows as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended down. Hong Kong went down 0.31%, Japan dropped 0.58% and China led the decline, down 0.85%. European markets are mostly down. The UK is up 0.13%, Germany is down 0.40% and France is down 1.10%.

Commodities are mostly down this morning. Oil is down 0.45%, natural gas is up 0.63% and gold is up 0.18%. Unleaded gas is down 1.73% and heating oil is down 0.60%. Metals are down except gold. Meats are down. Cocoa, coffee, cotton, corn, wheat and soybeans are all down.

WebMD Health Corp (WBMD) reported Q4 results yesterday afternoon with net income of 73 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 3% in pre-market. Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NUS) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 79 cents per share and is down nearly 9.5%.

Deere & Company (DE) reported Q1 results this morning with net income of 61 cents per share that beat expectations and is up over 3% in pre-market. Bloomin' Brands (BLMN) is up slightly after announcing a Q4 loss with adjusted earnings of 31 cents per share that met expectations. Campbell Soup Company (CPB) reported Q2 results with adjusted earnings of 91 cents per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 2.5%. Moody's Corporation (MCO) announced a Q4 loss with adjusted earnings of $1.23 per share that beat expectations and is up over 0.5%. J. M. Smucker Company (SJM) reported Q3 results with adjusted earnings of $2 per share that met expectations and is down over 4.5%.

AAPL skipped along the 135-line yesterday, ending down 0.13% on low volume. AAPL opened up at 135.67 to high volume and quickly set an intra-day high of 135.90 at 9:34am on high volume before slipping to 135 by 10am on strong volume. AAPL bounced back into the low-135 area on moderate volume before dipping to an intra-day low of 134.84 at 10:54am. AAPL skipped off the lows on moderate volume and remained in a narrow range in the low-135 area for the remainder of the day aside from a weak attempt at mid-135 during lunchtime on low volume. AAPL ended the day down 17 cents at 135.34 and dropped another 4 cents in after-hours to 135.30.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened higher in conjunction with Futures and dipped to a pre-market low of 134.76 at 5:22am as Futures soured and news that Apple will begin assembling iPhone SE in India from April. AAPL is currently down 42 cents at 134.93 as we approach the open.
