Good Morning,

Welcome back. S&P Futures are down 8 with -8 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are down 15 with -17 Fair Value and Dow Futures are down 47 as we begin our first full week of March as the S&P 500 celebrates its 60th birthday amid a controversial political climate and as Bitcoin's price is now officially higher than gold. Bitcoin gained more than 60% since mid-January to $1282 and may take another step toward legitimacy as the SEC is expected to rule on a request to bring a Bitcoin ETF to market, which may bring the digital currency to many more investors.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: Gallup US Consumer Spending Measure and Factory Orders followed by TD Ameritrade IMX and Fed's Kashkari speech this afternoon.

Futures were down in early morning, scraped a low near 3:30am before bouncing back and are off the lows as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended mostly up. China gained 0.48%, Hong Kong went down 0.18% and Japan dropped 0.46%. European markets are down. The UK is down 0.40%, France is down 0.40% and Germany is leading the decline, down 0.43%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is down 0.19%, natural gas is up 3.40% and gold is up 0.63%. Unleaded gas is up 0.18% and heating oil is up 0.23%. Metals are mixed, gold and silver are up while copper and platinum are down. Meats are mostly down. Cocoa, coffee, cotton, corn, wheat and soybeans are up.

US factory orders rise for 2nd straight month. Investors start doubting oil rally after failure to top $55.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Ascena Retail Group Inc (ASNA) and U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. (PRTS).

Tomorrow morning before the open, Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. (DKS), Navistar International Corporation (NAV), The Michaels Companies (MIK) are expected to report.

AAPL had a strong week, ending up 2.28% on low volume. On Monday AAPL had a positively-charged day, ending up 0.20% at 137 on very light volume. On Tuesday, AAPL had a slightly green day near 137, edging up 0.05% on low volume. On Wednesday, AAPL took off like a rocket, arcing up 2.04% to 140 on strong volume. On Thursday, AAPL had a cloudy day, ending down 0.59% to 139 on lower than average volume. On Friday, AAPL landed the OPEX chopper near mid-139 on low volume. AAPL opened at 138.78 to high volume and immediately set a pre-market low of 138.59 before quickly bouncing back above 139 on strong volume. AAPL spent the morning in the low-139 area on low volume and headed up to the mid-139 during lunch on low volume and moved higher in early afternoon reaching an intra-day high of 139.83 at 2:12pm on low volume. Dipping to mid-139 at 2:30pm, AAPL bounced back towards the highs into the close on low volume and ended the day up 82 cents at 139.78. AAPL dropped 10 cents in after-hours to 139.68.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened lower in conjunction with Futures and scraped a pre-market low of 139.03 at 4:12am ahead of Citi reiterating a Buy on Apple with a price target raise to $160. AAPL is currently down 33 cents at 139.45 as we approach the open.
