Good Morning,

S&P Futures are down 5 with -4 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are down 10 with -10 Fair Value and Dow Futures are down 30 on this March Tuesday as a potential new health care plan is revealed and we pour over incoming economic data for further rate clues. Tech-wise, Snap (SNAP) appears to be snapping it's rather fleeting winning streak.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: International Trade, Gallup US ECI and Redbook Chain Store Sales followed by Results of $24B, 3-Year Note Auction and Consumer Credit this afternoon.

Futures were up slightly in early morning, then dropped consistently throughout the morning and are at the lows as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended mostly up. China went up 0.26%, Hong Kong gained 0.36% and Japan went down 0.18%. European markets are mixed. The UK is up 0.07%, Germany is up 0.09% and France is down 0.31%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is up 0.58%, natural gas is down 2.59% and gold is down 0.29%. Unleaded gas is up 1.56% and heating oil is up 0.98%. Metals are down. Meats are mixed. Coffee is up while cocoa, cotton, corn, wheat and soybeans are down.

US trade deficit jumps to five-year high on imports. Oil prices firm in tight range. HPE buys Nimble Storage for $1 billion.

Ascena Retail Group Inc (ASNA) reported Q2 results yesterday afternoon with an adjusted loss of 7 cents per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 2% in pre-market.

Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. (DKS) reported Q4 results this morning with adjusted earnings of $1.32 per share that beat expectations and is down over 4% in pre-market. Navistar International Corporation (NAV) announced Q1 results with a loss of 76 cents per share that missed expectations and is down nearly 2.5%. The Michaels Companies (MIK) reported Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 96 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 4.5%.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from CafePress (PRSS), H&R Block Inc. (HRB), Urban Outfitters, Inc. (URBN), ABM Industries Incorporated (ABM), Eastman Kodak Co. (KODK) and Ooma (OOMA).

Tomorrow morning before the open, adidas AG ADR (ADDYY), Ciena Corporation (CIEN), Express, Inc. (EXPR), Vera Bradley (VRA), The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. (PLCE) and Vertex Energy, Inc. (VTNR) are expected to report.

AAPL saw another spell of "dark magic", ending down 0.31% on very low volume. AAPL opened at 139.37 to high volume and quickly set an intra-day high of 139.77 at 9:32am on strong volume before slipping sharply over a full point to the upper-138 area by 10:30 and scraping an intra-day low of 138.60 at 12:16 on low volume. During lunchtime, AAPL bounced back sharply on low volume and regained 139 just afterwards. AAPL continued to recover throughout the afternoon on low volume and went on to set an afternoon peak in the mid-139 area, just below the intra-day high. AAPL dipped into the close and ended the day down 44 cents at 139.34. AAPL gained a penny in after-hours to 139.35.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened lower in conjunction with Futures as a potential new health care plan is revealed. AAPL is currently down 24 cents at 139.10 as we approach the open.
