Good Morning,

S&P Futures are down 1 with +1 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are down 2 with +2 Fair Value and Dow Futures are down 35 as we hit mid-week after a nasty see-saw session that left us reeling yesterday as the historic S&P 500 streak came to an end. Oil is also the seeing some of the lowest levels of the year, near the mid-47 area. On the other hand, Bitcoin prices bounced up yesterday to just shy of 1120 before slipping below 1100 this morning.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: MBA Mortgage Applications, FHFA House Price Index, Existing Home Sales and EIA Petroleum Inventories.

The earnings winners are: Winnebago Industries, Inc. (WGO), up over 6.5% in pre-market and FedEx Corporation (FDX), up over 2.5%. On the other hand, Nike Inc. (NKE) is down nearly 6% and Perry Ellis International Inc. (PERY) is down over 3%.

Futures were down in early morning, scraping lows shortly before 2:45am and bounced to near-flat by 6am and are holding on to near highs as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended down. China went down 0.50%, Hong Kong dropped 1.11% and Japan led the decline, down 2.13%. European markets are also down. Germany is down 0.47%, France is down 0.37% and the UK is leading the decline, down 0.82%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is down 1.43%, natural gas is down 1.36% and gold is up 0.01%. Unleaded gas is down 0.39% and heating oil is down 1.23%. Metals are are down except gold. Meats are mixed. Cocoa and cotton are up while coffee, corn, wheat and soybeans are down.

Sales of previously owned US homes fell 3.7% in February. S&P 500 dips, ending historic streak. Dollar near 4-month low vs yen as Treasury yields, stocks slide.

FedEx Corporation (FDX) reported Q3 results yesterday afternoon that missed expectations but guided higher and reversed initial losses to be up over 2.5% in pre-market. Nike Inc. (NKE) announced Q4 results with mixed results and is down nearly 6%.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (WGO) reported Q2 results this morning with adjusted earnings of 46 cents per share that beat expectations and is up over 6.5% in pre-market. Perry Ellis International Inc. (PERY) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 66 cents per share and is down over 3%.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Herman Miller, Inc. (MLHR) and Cintas Corporation (CTAS).
Tomorrow before the open, Accenture plc (ACN), Scholastic Corporation (SCHL) and ConAgra Brands, Inc. (CAG) are expected to report.

AAPL took a dip into the shark-infested waters of 139 yesterday, ending down 1.15% on very high volume. AAPL opened up at 142.11 to much optimism and high volume, launching upwards to an all-time high of 142.80 at 9:46am on high volume. After peaking, AAPL began a long and treacherous slide to below 140 on moderate volume, setting an intra-day low of 139.73 at 2:06pm on moderate volume before bouncing to mid-140 on moderate volume and then dipping back to the day's lows into the close on moderately high volume. AAPL ended the day down $1.62 at 139.84 and dropped 49 more cents after-hours to 139.35.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened lower in conjunction with Futures and scraped a pre-market low of 138.66 before bouncing back to the mid-139 area as value hunters move in like vultures amid continued optimism over new hardware and the potential of forthcoming innovation. AAPL is currently down 29 cents at 139.55 as we approach the open.

Classic max-pain is 140.
